The cost of booking your holiday is dependent on the time of year. The below 2012 calendar shows the cost per week of staying in the lodge throughout the year.

Peak season bookings are Saturday to Saturday -- call for alternative dates.

The cost of the rental only for your holiday. If, for example, you wanted to stay for two weeks, the first of which the calendar above priced at £500, the second at £650, you would enter 1150.

Booking Conditions
You will need to arrange your own holiday cancellation insurance as we are unable to offer any refunds. If we are able to re-let Eden Lodge then we will refund 75% of your final balance for the week/weeks that you have booked. It is in all our best interests that you inform us of any cancelations immediately.
There is a £100.00 per week (non returnable) deposit on booking, and a £150.00 security deposit which will be returned following your holiday providing the lodge is left clean & tidy, that there has been no damage or breakages.
The balance is due in full 8 weeks prior to your holiday - no reminders will be sent.
The number of people named on the booking form must not be exceeded.
It would be appreciated if breakages or accidental damage could be reported to the owner.
The lodge should not be sub let under any circumstances
